Pride Support Services, inc is a fully certified Vermont Traumatic Brain Injury home and community-based service provider.

We also provide services for people with diverse challenges and disabilities.

The Pride Support Services model of community re-integration following a traumatic brain injury focuses on individuals with moderate to severe TBIs, especially those with significant persistent symptoms which make returning to the community challenging.

The program was originally developed to address a dire need in Vermont, where individuals were placed in expensive, out of state facilities, with little hope of returning to their home communities.

Working closely with the State of Vermont, the program demonstrated that individuals with a moderate to severe traumatic brain injury could be served in community placements.
