Our trained employees can provide comprehensive assistance with medication needs, ensuring adherence to best practices in medication prompting and administration.

  • Maintaining personal appearance and hygiene is essential for confidence and self-esteem. Daily habits like showering, brushing teeth, using deodorant, dressing, and combing hair contribute to a happier and more confident you. Your Support Staff is available to assist you with daily grooming and self-care routines.

  • Engaging in shopping not only connects you with the community but also helps develop social skills and independence. It teaches valuable life skills such as money handling and budgeting. Your Support Worker can collaborate with you to plan shopping lists, manage budgets, accompany you to shops, and ensure you acquire essential items for your daily life

  • Financial independence is crucial, and we can support you in managing your money. Whether setting up and navigating your bank account or offering assistance with effective budgeting, our goal is to enhance your financial security.

  • A healthy diet yields numerous benefits, including increased energy, maintaining a healthy weight, and preventing future illnesses. While preparing a nutritious meal may be challenging, our support extends to research, diet planning, cooking, and fostering healthy eating habits.

  • Household chores can be demanding, but our Support Workers are here to assist you. Whether it's washing, ironing, cleaning, or gardening, we aim to help you develop life skills. Additionally, we can provide support in running your household, ensuring bills are paid on time, and assisting with home maintenance.

  • Navigating transportation options promotes independence and expands opportunities for work or recreational activities. We assist you in becoming familiar with different transport options so you can travel freely and confidently.

  • Hobbies contribute significantly to a fulfilling lifestyle. Whether it's fishing, playing board games, painting, or beach outings, hobbies offer opportunities to meet like-minded individuals. Share your passions with us, and we can engage in them together.

  • Active participation in your local community fosters connections, skills, and a sense of belonging. Our Support Workers tailor their assistance to your preferences, whether providing one-on-one support, joining larger groups, or facilitating participation in shared interest or hobby groups.

  • Meaningful relationships with friends, family, support workers, and community members are vital. We can support you in developing social skills, improving communication, and forming important connections with those who matter to you.

  • Exercise levels vary for everyone, and there's no need to run a marathon tomorrow. Daily exercise can begin with simple activities like walking to the shops or doing arm raises.
