  • Angela Moody

    INTAKE COORDINATOR / SERVICE COORDINATOR

I began my journey with Pride Support Services, Inc. in 2013 as a Life Skills Aide. From the beginning, I knew I had found a place where I could truly grow. After a year, I transitioned into a Case Manager role, where I worked closely with individuals to create person-centered programs and goals that supported them in living meaningful lives within their home and community. In 2017, I was offered the opportunity to become the Intake Coordinator, a role I have continued to hold to this day. Each step in my career at Pride has enabled me to expand my knowledge and continue doing the work I love, which is helping others.

My passion for caregiving started early in life. Growing up in Vermont as one of seven siblings, I was raised in a family that valued compassion, service, and community. At just twelve years old, I began helping care for a local woman living with muscular dystrophy, and that experience revealed my calling. I later became a Licensed Nursing Assistant at Woodridge Rehabilitation and Nursing in Berlin, Vermont, and continued providing in-home care to community members in need. These early experiences showed me the profound importance of helping others live with dignity, comfort, and purpose.

What keeps me at Pride is the people, the individuals we serve, and the dedicated team I work with every day. Pride’s mission and values align deeply with my own beliefs in person-centered care and programs, as well as the importance of empowering others to live whole, independent lives. I feel incredibly grateful for the opportunities Pride has given me to grow professionally and to make a positive difference in the lives of so many.

  • Nancy Kilburn

DIRECTOR OF COMPLIANCE/SERVICE COORDINATOR/ CRISIS RESPONSE

Pride has provided me with many opportunities to advance my career despite starting as a case manager 11 years ago. I was given the opportunity to be a home provider for a lovely elderly lady who eventually ended up in a facility. I have also provided direct support to some of the folks on my caseload. This gave me the chance to view these positions from another perspective and provided me with the opportunity to support not only the consumer, but the entire team, having a deeper understanding of each role. Consequently, I was able to build strong teams that provided outstanding support to our consumers. As the years passed, I advanced into other roles at Pride becoming Senior Case Manager and Compliance Officer. Although I had assumed I would not be able to advance any further at Pride, to my surprise I was recently promoted to Director of Compliance. Soon after starting at Pride, I realized I wasn’t just an employee, I had become part of their family. The Directors have been there for me, both professionally and personally and every other member of this crazy family.

  • Kristie Putnam

    SERVICE COORDINATOR

In early 2014, I began my career as a Life Skills Aid (LSA) and gradually advanced to a dual role as both an LSA and Case Manager. Eventually, I transitioned to a position focused solely on case management (now Service Coordination). I joined Pride because I wanted to make a difference by helping families navigate the paperwork needed to access services and guiding them through the healthcare system to obtain the care they require. At times, this process can be overwhelming. I love working at Pride because it is a small company that knows each of its clients and staff members by name. Pride is committed to adapting to the individual needs of its clients and often thinks creatively to meet those needs.

  • Jody Gallant

    SERVICE COORDINATOR

I started my career with Pride Support Services 10 years ago as a shared living provider. Over time, I advanced within the company, progressing from a Life Skills Aid to an Assistant Case Manager and, most recently, as a Service Coordinator. Pride provides me with the education to learn and the opportunity for growth within the agency. This is an excellent benefit of working for Pride. I have worked in the health care field in one capacity or another for the last 23 years. I am passionate about helping others reach their goals and accomplish what they thought they couldn't. Pride is very much a family in the sense that both professionally and personally, the supervisors care about every one of their team members, whether they be clients, clients’ families, home providers, service coordinators, or LSAs. I have learned so much from this organization that it has not only helped me professionally but also personally.

  • Corinne Lewis

    SERVICE COORDINATOR

I started working for Pride in 2019 as an LSA for two individuals. No single factor explains why I chose to work in support work. I believe I have an enduring drive to connect, help, and heal. I have a firm belief in the possibility of positive change, a conviction that, through support, we uplift not only those we help but also ourselves and our communities. What keeps me at my job is that every day, I can participate in work that matters to me and, hopefully, to others. Whether it’s solving a complex problem, supporting a colleague, or helping my clients, my actions are connected to outcomes that ripple outward. Knowing that my contributions can make a difference. This purpose is not always grand or world changing. Sometimes, it’s the quiet satisfaction of completing a task to the best of my ability or finding a creative solution to a long-standing issue. One of the most compelling aspects of my job is the opportunity for continuous learning and personal growth. The environment challenges me in ways that stretch my abilities and expand. Each new task presents an opportunity to refine my expertise, acquire new skills, and adapt to changing circumstances. The feedback I receive from peers and supervisors is invaluable, helping me to identify areas for improvement while celebrating progress. Recognition, whether formal or informal, is deeply affirming. When my hard work is acknowledged by a supervisor, a peer, or a client, it inspires me to reach even higher. The value placed on initiative, reliability, and innovation in my workplace means that effort is rewarded and growth is possible.

  • Ryann Fraser

    SERVICE COORDINATOR

11 years ago, when I started at Pride, I really didn’t know what to expect.  I was coming from 5+ years of working with kiddos in the DCYF program of NH. I knew that I needed a change in course, however I still wanted to continue being able to help others, so it seems like a very fitting position for me to choose.  I started as an LSA working with a younger gentleman (not much younger than myself) who had been though quite an ordeal and sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as a result. In my 5 years of working with him he taught me so much about determination, resilience, balance, and diligence along with so many other things. This guy got up everyday and did his best to achieve the fullest recovery that he could to this day he continues to do so. Throughout that time working together he started swimming, riding horses, shooting archery, and above all else walking again. Watching him achieve his goals and knowing I had a small part of helping him get there reassured me that I had made the right choice 5 years prior and I am where I belong in my career path now.  Although I currently do not work with him on a daily basis anymore, we are still in regular contact as I was offered a position to become his Case Manager and now his Service Coordinator.

The ability to continue to see and be a part of the continuing gains across the board from our clients is what drives me to continue on my path here at Pride. Working with supportive management and helpful staff is always an impressive bonus too!

  • Talia Brooks

    SERVICE COORDINATOR

I started as an LSA  with Pride Support Services in 2018.  I began my current role as a Service Coordinator in 2024.   I've always had a passion for supporting and helping people. It is rewarding to help people achieve the goals they may have struggled with on their own.  I chose to stay with Pride because of the family dynamic, the room for growth, and the support systems, which keep me at Pride.
